1. What FeeMend is
FeeMend is a personal-finance tool that helps you list your recurring subscriptions, see what they really cost, spot services you no longer use, and get head's-up on renewal dates and published price increases. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe. Don't use the service to store unlawful content, to harass people, or in a way that breaks the law.
3. No bank access — no cancellations on your behalf
We never connect to your bank, never read your statements, and never cancel, renew, or change any subscription for you. FeeMend gives you information and a savings plan; you decide what to do. Any cancellation you make is done by you, directly with the service provider.
4. Not financial advice
FeeMend provides data and estimates, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Savings figures are projections based on the information you enter and our published price-watch index; actual results will vary. Make your own decisions (or ask a qualified professional).
5. Accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. One person, one account. You're responsible for everything done through your account. If you believe it's been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.
6. Pricing & payments
The service has a free tier and paid plans. When payments are offered, you'll be told the price before you pay, and you can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Prices may change for future renewals with notice.
7. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, scrape data at scale, create accounts en masse, or use the service to build a competing product. Don't log in with someone else's credentials.
8. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep FeeMend up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change, or retire features over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated abuse.
9. Your data, deleted by you
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your data. We delete what we hold as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Our IP & your license to use
FeeMend, the logo, and the software are ours. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for your own household. Anything you enter stays yours.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a token $1). Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
